Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states. We do not ship to locations outside of the US.

How do you ship orders?
Orders are shipped via UPS. Items generally ship out within three (3) business days depending factory availability.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge standard UPS rates. You will be presented with the total weight of your order and the cost for each UPS shipping option before you are asked to enter credit card information. You then select the shipping option of your choice. 

I have my own UPS account, can you ship my order and charge it to my UPS account?
We're sorry, but we are not able to offer this as a shipping option.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping to all orders over $2,800.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Cardholders must have US billing and shipping addresses. For your protection, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to deny any order for which this information does not match.

Can I pay by check?
Yes, instructions to pay by check are available as you are placing your order.

Do you charge tax?
We collect sales tax for orders coming from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Maine.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund less a 15% re-stocking fee. To set up a return, please email us at support (AT) ribrelays.com for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization form). Please see our Terms of Service for more information.

Where can I find coupons? Do you run promotions?
Like us on Facebook, AND send us a Facebook message or email, and we'll send you the latest promo code if one is available. If we aren't currently running any promotions, you'll receive a promo code for our next available promotion.
