Return Policy
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained for every return. This must accompany the returned product. Please email support (AT) ribrelays.com for an RGA.Ribrelays.com is not responsible for merchandise returned without a RGA number.
Returned product must be in the original packaging, in new and unused condition with all material, product data sheets, etc. Boxes and packaging must be free from any markings or damage.
Products will be inspected upon receipt. RibRelays.com reserves the right to deny credit for damaged products or packaging.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on items being returned or exchanged.
No credit will be given for items lost or damaged during the return shipping.
Returned merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking charge, and we reserve the right to pass along any additional restocking fees that we are charged by the Manufacturer (Functional Devices). No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the original purchase date.
Warranty Returns
Ribrelays.com warrants all equipment to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service according to the manufacturer’s warranty.A Warranty RGA must accompany the product stating the defect and date removed from service. Please request a WARR RGA by email from sales (AT) ribrelays.com.
The product will be repaired, replaced, or credited based on the manufactures determination of the defect.
Sales and Shipping Policy
All orders must be single release for immediate shipment to a single destination. Partial shipments will be made and freight and handling will be added to each shipment.Items generally ship out within three (3) business days depending factory availability.
Special shipping or handling may apply for extremely large or heavy orders (over 75 pounds)
Ribrelays.com is currently unable to ship international orders.
